All Teams Solve Issues

Is everyone in your organization involved in solving your issues?

Are you constantly putting out daily fires or do you take the time to dig down and identify the true root cause of the problem?

We take a long term approach to solving issues. You cannot achieve success if you are not great at setting your problems up as they arise and then knocking them down and making them go away forever. In the long run, this saves your company time, energy and money.

Contact SteeleBC today for a FREE 90 Minute Meeting to learn more about the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). We will team you up with an EOS Implementer™ who will guide you through the EOS Process™ and help you strengthen the Six Key Components™ of your business.

During Vision Building™, we work to strengthen the Vision Component™ of the EOS Model™ for your organization and the last question we ask is, “What are your Issues?” We are working on the eighth question of the 8 questions on your Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO™), one of our EOS Foundational Tools™.

Strengthening the Issues Component™ is just getting really good at solving your problems as they arise. We use a couple of tools and disciplines to help you do that. The first is called the Issues List. We compile an Issues List.

Once we do that, we’ve got to help everybody in the organization get better at prioritizing and resolving those Issues. We do that with a tool called Issues Solving Track™ or IDS™. IDS™ simply stands for Identify, Discuss and Solve. This tool stems from a discovery that even great Leadership Teams struggle when it comes to really solving their Issues at the root.

Very specifically, what we’ve observed is that great Leadership Teams get themselves in a room, tackle an Issue and they’ll end up discussing the heck out of it. We created the Issues Solving Track™ to help keep Leadership Teams on track when they are solving Issues.

At your next Organizational Checkup™, you will say…
Yes! All teams clearly identify, discuss and solve key issues for the greater good and long term.
