Everyone Has Rocks

Is everyone in your organization focused and gaining traction toward your Vision?

Are you all rowing in the same direction, trying to achieve the same goals?

To the extent that you can get everybody in your organization focused on one Vision, rowing in one direction…planets will line up in the universe in ways we can’t even explain. Magic happens!

Contact SteeleBC today for a FREE 90 Minute Meeting to learn more about the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). We will team you up with an EOS Implementer™ who will guide you through the EOS Process™ and help you strengthen the Six Key Components™ of your business.

During Vision Building™, we work to strengthen the Vision Component™ of the EOS Model™ for your organization and ask the question, “What are your Quarterly Rocks?” We are working on the seventh question of the 8 questions on your Vision/Traction Organizer™ (V/TO™), one of our EOS Foundational Tools™. When we are strengthening the Traction Component™, we bring that Vision down to the ground and execute on it with discipline and accountability.

Unfortunately, the Vision for most entrepreneurs goes unrealized because of weakness in the Traction Component™. There are two tools we use to strengthen the Traction Component™. The first is Rocks. Rocks are just 90-day business priorities, getting us all 100% on the same page with what’s most important over the next 90 days, creating a 90-Day World™ for the organization.

During Focus Day™, we set Rocks and start by predicting revenue, profit and measurables. Then, we identify priorities for the company over the next 90 days. We also set priorities for each member of the Leadership Team.

Ultimately, we migrate this tool and discipline down into the organization so that we create a 90-Day World™ for the whole organization. Your employees will all have Rocks every 90 days that crystallize their real priorities, things they need to go execute on with discipline and accountability.

At your next Organizational Checkup™, you will say…
Yes! Everyone has Rocks and is focused on them.
