Right Seats are people who are good at their job. They are people with the God-given talent, skills, experience, ability and desire to be great at their job. The tool that we use to help you get Right Seats is something we call an Accountability Chart. In the article Our Accountability Chart Is Clear, we discussed the importance of identifying and agreeing on major functions when building the right structure for your organization.

We will then crystallize the roles of every member of your Leadership Team, so that we are absolutely clear on what the accountabilities of each person in each seat are. Then, we use the Accountability Chart to put people in seats that – what they are great at, what they love to do, what they consistently can execute on – match the roles in each of these seats. That gets you to the point where all of your people are Right People, folks who share your Core Values in the Right Seat. You must have both!

We will help make sure you get 100% of your people Right People in the Right Seats…you just have to have both. That’s the People Component.
