Steele Business Coaching (SteeleBC)’s Core Focus is helping entrepreneurial leadership teams gain traction.
Our “Why” is not only to focus on improving business health and helping people get what they want from their businesses, but we also seek to improve family lives. Families are attached to businesses and by relieving the burdens and stresses experienced at the office, our hope is that business owners and their employees will be more available to their families…mentally, emotionally and physically.

What sets Steele Business Coaching apart (3 Uniques)?
SteeleBC utilizes the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) Worldwide coaching program with our clients, a complete, proven system that uses simple practical tools…the basis for what makes businesses great. We will only work with Leadership Teams. And accountability, there is a high level of accountability in this process. We come back at intervals to help you really implement and that is what makes us truly unique.

Through a spaced learning process, we work with Business Owners and their Leadership Teams to help them get what they want from their businesses. We start with a 90 Minute Meeting.
This allows us to provide an introduction to EOS®, SteeleBC, The Tools and The Process. We will also learn a little about the potential client to see if there is a good fit. If there is a good fit, we can provide the following services:- The Focus Day™
- 2-Day Vision Building™
- Quarterly Pulsing™ Sessions
- 2-Day Annual Planning

Proven Process
We begin with a 90 Minute Meeting, which introduces the business owner and leadership team to EOS®, the EOS® Implementer (EOSI), The Tools and The Process. We also learn more about the company and decide if there is a good fit.
If there is a good fit, we schedule Focus Day, where we teach the EOS® Focus Day Tools. The leaders go back into your business and implement those tools for the next 30 days.
After those 30 days, we meet for the 1st Vision Building Day. There are 2 Vision Building Days that are scheduled 30 days apart.
Within 60 days, the leadership team masters the Focus Day Tools and is aligned and crystal clear on their Vision.
From there, we transition into full execution mode, which means an EOSI runs Quarterlies and Annuals – helping gain Traction and implement the tools throughout the business – for as long as needed.
Fee Structure | Agreement | Contract
Our fees are based on full day sessions, which are fully guaranteed. We don’t require any engagement letters or upfront fees.
Guarantee
We provide an agenda for each session and we deliver value first. In other words, we deliver on our promises before we receive anything in return. At the end of the session if you receive value, you hand us a check. If you don’t receive value, please don’t pay us.
